We're inviting everyone to give Jumpbot v1.0.0 (RC2) another run before we submit to Apple and officially release the game. Jumpbot has improved tremendously since BETA 1 and we're really proud of the final product. We have such a great BETA Team here, thank you so much! :)

Going to make a final attempt at installing the provisioning file. Hope this works..

Edit: I had to go into my filesystem to manually delete the prvosuioning file. For some reason I couldn't delete it using IPCU. It came up with an error saying it couldn't delete. After I put both the provisioning file and app in iTunes and synced and it finally worked. I did expect it to be something like Doodle Jump but you had to tap the screen everytime you want to jump. But anyway it's good for a free game.

Suggestion; add an option to increase the speed of the platforms (and jumping) You could make it a.."Hard mode"? so to say. I think it'll be a lot of fun, I like this game.

Fast-app switching is not working. The game would start over when I multitask. Also, I'm #2 in the leader boards. :P

I think it's a great progress since the start. You guys really improved the gameplay and I think everyone will love this. Personally I'm not a fan of Doodle Jump or any other kind of jump game, but Jumpbot is the first (and will ever be the only) to have me hooked. I like that's it's very different from all the other jumping games in the app store.

I haven't come across anymore bugs or problems, and I think it's ready to be released. Good luck

@firtvid20: Glad you were able to get it up and running! Hope you like it. :)

@Sean: Game modes have actually been suggested on BETA 1 and we're considering the idea on a possible future upgrade. For now, we would like to keep the game as simple as possible and get more feedback. Thanks for pointing this out! How'd you find the game btw?

@jeff_low: That's because we're still using SDK3.0 as base OS for Jumpbot. We will probably just release an update for Jumpbot to support fast-app switching because we're still evaluating SDK4 and its implications. Glad you're #2 now! You must be really getting good at it! :)

@iLashes: Thank you for the kind words! We're glad that you've enjoyed the game as much as we've enjoyed creating it. We're ready for release now! :)

Just an update guys--we've already submitted Jumpbot to OpenFeint for approval. As soon as it gets approved, we'll submit to Apple right away. For the meantime, if you find anything else, please post it here as soon as you can. Other features which won't make it on release will be considered on a future update.

Also, we may have another BETA game for you w/in the week! Stay tuned! :P

Sorry for not saying it before, i really like it, one last suggestion though, I wish there was an option to remove the delay between jumps. It would be awesome to rapidly tap to rapidly jump! Nonetheless, its really great and well done. Its great to have been able to betatest it!

@Sean: We've actually thought about that but we prefer Jumpbot to be not too fast-paced compared to Doodle Jump's mechanic. Let's see how this pans out when the game is released. We may consider this on a future update or probably another game mode? Thanks for the suggestion!

Update: We've just been OpenFeint approved and we're ready to submit to Apple but we have upgraded the game's 3rd party components to further support iOS4. Would you mind testing the game again for another round? This time we have fast-app switching support as well as the latest OpenFeint system. Please stay tuned!

Thanks!
